SMS Messaging Terms

Program description. By providing your phone number through the chat widget on our website and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Brothadude LLC (StudioBro.Co). Messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, invoices and payment notices, project and gallery delivery updates, and promotional offers about our photography and videography services. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email knochnathaniel@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental permission, to opt in.

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Services & Bookings

Specific project details — including scope, deliverables, pricing, deposits, scheduling, and cancellation terms — are set out in the quote or agreement for your booking. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that project.

Client Galleries

Private galleries and shareable gallery links are provided for you and the people you choose to share them with. You are responsible for keeping your login and gallery links confidential. Galleries may be archived or removed after the delivery period stated in your agreement, so please download your files promptly.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and other content on this website and in client galleries are owned by Brothadude LLC unless otherwise noted. Clients receive the usage rights described in their agreement. You may not copy, alter, resell, or use our content commercially without written permission. We may display work from client projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access galleries, accounts, or areas of the site you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brothadude LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our messaging program. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project will not exceed the amount you paid for that project.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date.
